Lillian Pitts Robison

MPA ESP Alumni Board

Lillian completed our program in 2004, following 3 years of technical experience she gained working in flood hazard modeling and mapping for an engineering firm.  The skills gained at SIPA ignited her interests in program management and policy analysis for complex U.S. government programs.  Today, she manages a large nationwide engineering and mapping contract for AECOM Technical Services, Inc. in support of FEMA's National Flood Mapping Program which produces data that is adopted by more than 20,000 communities for use in local land development and building decisions.  She also manages efforts of her team to respond when natural disasters strike by estimating damages and learning lessons from past building construction and hazard mitigation techniques.
